I Missed the Delivery Call by a Few Minutes - Got No Help from Aras Kargo
Aras Kargo complicated the entire delivery process for me. I wasn't able to answer their call when they attempted to deliver my package, but I returned the call just three minutes later. Even so, they informed me that if I didn't collect it from the branch, it would be sent back within three days. When I reached out to customer service, they informed me that it was completely at the discretion of the branch. The branch responded to me with raised voices and an aggressive demeanor when I attempted to communicate with them. I requested if they could leave it with a neighbor or allow me to pick it up on Monday, but they were adamant that it would be returned on Saturday and were unhelpful. Facing such pushback over a straightforward matter was truly draining.
