Aras Kargo Failed to Deliver My Package and Refuses to Resolve the Issue

I encountered a highly concerning situation with the Aras Kargo. Even though I was home, my package didn't arrive at my address; it was allegedly dropped off at a nearby shop instead. Unfortunately, when I visited the shop, the package was missing as well. I reached out to the branch regarding the issue, and they promised to look into it and follow up with me. Regrettably, there was no follow-up or resolution offered. To add to the frustration, they assert that since I already possess the delivery code, I'm unable to initiate a return or seek any additional help. This absence of responsibility has led to considerable stress and hassle for me. I anticipated a more dependable service and a more engaged effort in addressing these concerns.
