I Could Not Return Lithium Battery to Aras Kargo Branch

When we tried to return a lithium battery that came from another branch, they said, “We can’t take back the battery.” Yet throughout the entire winter, they both delivered and accepted returns of batteries without any issue. Now that summer has arrived, they’re suddenly claiming, “We can’t accept batteries; it’s company policy,” and the reason they give is that a truck caught fire. If that’s really the company policy, then how come dozens of batteries are still being delivered from other branches via Aras Kargo? When we ask, they simply say, “We’re a different branch; we can’t take responsibility.” These kinds of inconsistent and illogical practices are becoming common. Sometimes deliveries are incomplete, and couriers leave packages at the door without proper handover. Worse, they call before delivery to ask for the delivery code. Personally, I wouldn’t want to work with this company, but since our suppliers use them, I’m forced to stay in touch. Still, I’m far from satisfied. It’s a branch that applies one policy in winter and another in summer, constantly changing and bending its own rules, with employees who act far from professional. These batteries come all the way from China via international couriers, yet this local service can’t seem to operate with basic logic or business sense.
