Aras Kargo Failed to Deliver My Package Again and Ignores All My Complaints

Aras Kargo once again failed to deliver my package and then took it back for return! I called, and no one answered! I’ve filed complaints everywhere, what more do I need to do? I go to speak directly with the branch staff, and still, nothing changes. For heaven’s sake, tell me what I need to do, and I’ll do it. Unfortunately, some online shopping sites still work with your company. I am reaching out to each one, urging them to address the Aras issue and stop using your services. How can a company have no control over its branch employees in a single city? Despite countless complaints and direct discussions, does a branch's staff still refuse to do their job properly? Why?
