


I purchased an iPad Air from the Apple Store, and the Apple Pencil that came with it had a defective tip right out of the box. The tip appeared damaged due to pressure before I even had a chance to use it.
Immediately after receiving the product, I contacted Apple customer service. However, instead of acknowledging the issue, they told me it was user damage and refused to provide any support. This is unacceptable since the product arrived defective and was never used.
It has now been around three weeks, and my issue still has not been resolved. My order number is W1588303155. I expect Apple to resolve this matter by sending me a replacement Apple Pencil tip free of charge.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed and regretful about purchasing from Apple. I urgently request that Apple take responsibility and provide a proper solution.
