My Apple iPad 8th Generation Replacement Device Has Defects

I had to take my Apple iPad 8th Generation to customer service recently because of a noticeable dent in the camera area. Fortunately, they were able to replace it under warranty for me. When I received the new device, however, I was surprised to discover that it, too, had a dent in the same area as my previous iPad. I know from previous experience that Apple's customer service representatives are usually helpful and supportive, but their product replacement services have let me down this time. The quality of the devices they provided appeared to be lower than what I expected from Apple as a loyal customer. As a result, I would like them to investigate my case and communicate with me about how they intend to resolve the problem. It is not acceptable for me, as a customer who has paid top dollar for their products, to be given an inadequate replacement device that does not meet the required standards. Furthermore, I expect them to assist me in resolving this matter in a timely and effective manner so that all parties are satisfied.
