AirPods 4 Not Charging Despite Service Repair, Requesting Replacement Under Warranty

My AirPods 4 have not been charging at all for the past two months. I purchased the product from Media Markt in Kahramanmaraş and sent it to the authorized service center, where a service request was created under record number 102682069877. However, the device was returned to me marked as “repaired,” even though the issue was never fixed. The AirPods still do not charge. I also contacted Apple customer service, but their response was dismissive and unhelpful, offering no real solution. I have already tried different cables and performed resets, but nothing has resolved the problem. The product is still under warranty, and although no fee was charged during this process, the service clearly failed to correct the defect. I am therefore requesting that my faulty AirPods 4 be replaced with a new unit, as my issue remains unresolved and I should not be left with a nonfunctional product.
