Apple Denied Full Warranty Repair for My AirPods Pro Despite Manufacturing Defects

I submitted my AirPods Pro to Gürgençler Authorized Service for repair under warranty due to an issue where the person on the other end of phone calls hears my voice muffled. As a result of the service process, one earbud was replaced, but the other was deemed to have “minimal, invisible damage” and was excluded from warranty coverage. Problems I Encountered: 1. Manufacturing Defect: Both earbuds have software or manufacturing-related issues, but only one was replaced. The problem has not been fully resolved. 2. Minimal Damage Excuse: The so-called “minimal damage” is superficial and does not affect the product's functionality, nor should it justify excluding it from warranty. 3. Violation of Warranty Rights: The product should have been repaired under warranty and free of charge, but the service provided was incomplete and insufficient. I am attaching photos along with my complaint and demand that this issue be resolved immediately. Experiencing such a process with a brand like Apple is deeply disappointing. If my issue is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee to exercise my legal rights. My Requests: • Repair or replacement of both earbuds with flawless ones, • All processes to be carried out under warranty and free of charge. I expect a reputable brand like Apple to stand behind its products.
