iPhone 11 Warranty Dilemma, Unauthorized Speaker Grill Claim by Apple Service – Seeking Resolution

The iPhone 11 device that my wife used 1 week ago was sent to Konya Apple Gurgencler store; I gave it in due to the complaint that the mute button was not working. We can say that our device has never been used without a case since we bought it, so to speak, it is brand new. It also has a warranty of up to 17 months. When I looked at the service record today, I was informed that the device was out of warranty because of unauthorized intervention in the speaker grills. This is definitely out of the question. If the warranty was voided for such a reason, I think it was done by the relevant technical service because I did not even apply a brush to the grills. If I cannot find an approach and solution to the issue, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee as soon as my device arrives. And I will complain about the staff handling the device.
