Apple Unilaterally Canceled the iPhone 15 Pro Purchase

Apple order cancellation 30 November I ordered Apple 15 Pro. However, I learned 3 days later that Apple canceled my order without even notifying me, due to the December 1 price increase. In my meetings with the institution, they did not help in any way, they just claim that the money did not transfer to them, but that the bank gave permission. When I talked to the bank side, they said that the money was released, it was in the authorization process, and even if they did not withdraw the money, the process would be accounted for within 1-25 days, and they blamed Apple. Do not waste your money by shopping at Apple stores. They do not care about the victims in any way.e
