I bought two iPhone 15 Pro Max phones from the official Apple store, apple.com.tr, on October 12, 2023. It's been almost a month since I placed my order, but the products still haven't been shipped. Apple's customer service has been completely useless, not giving any information at all. The products are taking too long to be delivered, which is making customers unhappy and could make Apple lose customers because of the slow shipping. It's really not cool that Apple, a big company like them, is taking so long to send out orders.
