Date: 06/12/2023 Repair No: R5834**150 Apple Support Case No: 102019328171. I am appalled by the treatment I received at Apple Akasya Technical Service. I took my phone there to fix two dead pixels on the screen. Upon delivery, the service receipt noted "scratches due to usage" in the external appearance section. The next day, when I went to pick up my phone, they attempted to hand it over with a dent in the upper left corner, and the screen partially detached from the frame. I refused to accept the device, and for the past four days, I've been in constant contact with Apple's technical support hotline. However, they claim that I delivered the device in that condition or that it was overlooked. The fact that the screen is almost 1mm detached from the frame is not something that can be overlooked. They are trying to return my perfectly functional phone as unusable. If even Apple in Turkey has reached this level, it's a disgrace. I have attached photos of my device and the service receipt. I am shocked by the conversations I had with Apple representatives. The attached image shows the device they are trying to give me despite the various scratches noted on the service form. Let everyone see and hear about this injustice. Shame on them!
