Apple Refuses Repair After Exceeding Maximum Repair Time

Due to the malfunction of my Macbook, I delivered it to Ankara Gordion Troy service on October 16. They stated that it could take up to 20 working days. 20 business days are about to expire and when I called Apple customer service because there was still no development, the customer service employee stated that the device reached the service on October 25 and that the 20-day process started as of October 25. However, it is written on https://www.apple.com/tr/legal/statutory-warranty/ that the 20 days start from the day the product is reported to the dealer. It is stated that the maximum waiting period for the repair is 20 days, not 20 working days. I cannot get enough support from Apple customer service on this issue. I am in a victimized situation because I do all my business on my Macbook.
