Apple Did Not Deliver My Product
I purchased an Apple product online, and it was supposed to be delivered by December 21st. However, the date was updated to December 25th, and yet, it still hasn't arrived. Trying to contact Apple Customer Service was a week-long challenge, and when I finally got through, their explanation for the delay was baffling. They couldn't provide a reason for the delay or a reliable estimate for when it would arrive. It seems like Apple is now offering the same subpar service as other vendors in Turkey, or this is just how things work in our country. It's truly disheartening and a disappointing situation.
