Apple Refused Warranty for My iPad Pro M4 Screen That Broke Easily

I have an iPad Pro (M4). While removing it from its Spigen Air Case for routine inspection and cleaning, the inner screen broke. Since the device is still under Apple warranty, I took it to my local Apple distributor and service center (CEPA Gürgençler – Türkiye). After inspection, I was told that any kind of screen break—regardless of the cause—is considered user error, and therefore, my warranty is void according to Apple. I believe Apple and its service centers follow a policy that is highly unethical and not consumer-friendly. If the inner screen of a high-priced iPad can break under comically minimal stress, that is not a problem the consumer should be held accountable for—it reflects a design flaw on Apple’s part. I am requesting a free repair or a device replacement.

The blackening caused by the crack continued to spread. The decision form for my application to the Consumer Arbitration Committee is still not available.
