Apple iPad mini 6, 64 GB, serial number JX94Y3V4CR, Apple ID: gec******[email protected]. As the owner of the device, I started having problems with circular pixels on it about 10 days ago. The device is still under warranty. I took my device to Ankara Gordion Troy, an authorized service center, to be checked out. During the preliminary diagnosis test, the service center confirmed that there was a problem with the pixels and said that it might be possible to get it fixed under warranty. The service report also has this information written down. The Apple repair center, on the other hand, said it was user error and asked me to pay for a new device. I was shocked and didn't agree with the decision. That same day, an official Apple consultant told me in a rude voice to pick up the device and said the problem was due to user error. I'm unhappy with Apple's warranty policies and service, so I'm going to take this issue very seriously and bring it to the attention of consumer rights groups and other appropriate authorities.
