Apple Pencil Pro Tip Melting and Not Working Properly

I have been using an iPad Air M2 for about a year and I am very satisfied with the tablet. However, the Apple Pencil Pro that I purchased along with it has been a complete disappointment. I bought the pencil from the Apple Store on March 22, 2025, with a two-year warranty. Over the past few weeks, I started experiencing a connectivity issue with the tip of the pencil, but at first I didn’t pay much attention to it, thinking it might be something I caused.
Today, however, I noticed serious deformation on the tip of the pencil. The tip looks almost as if it has melted, and there appears to be a micro-sized metallic formation on it. Additionally, when I magnetically attach the pencil to my newly purchased keyboard, it does not align properly as it normally should, and the tip appears to remain exposed. This creates a significant issue for me both in terms of usability and safety.
Since I purchased the product from the Apple Store with a valid warranty, I request that the melting and connectivity issues with the Apple Pencil Pro tip be examined under warranty and, if possible, repaired free of charge.
