Apple iPad 9th Gen Discolored Despite Careful Use – Warranty Denied as "User Error"

As a dedicated Apple user, I purchased the 9th Gen iPad for my studies, carefully maintaining it in a case for the past two years. Recently, I decided to upgrade to a newer iPad model and was shocked to find that, once I removed the case, the tablet’s casing color had faded. This wasn’t expected from a high-quality device, especially one that’s been handled with such care.
When I researched further, I found that other users have faced the same discoloration issue. Upon contacting customer service, I was told it was a "user error," which I find hard to believe. The device has no physical damage; the color faded simply from being in a case. With two months left on my warranty, I’m disappointed to hear that cosmetic issues may not be covered. I paid a premium for an Apple device expecting lasting quality, and I request that Apple addresses this issue and restores the appearance of my iPad.
