Apple Pencil 2 Not Connecting or Charging With iPad Pro 11, Requesting Replacement Under Warranty

My Apple Pencil 2nd Generation has not been connecting to or charging with my iPad Pro 11 for the past week. I first tested the device myself, then took it to the Troy authorized service center at İstinyePark in Istanbul, where further checks were done, but no solution was found. The product has now been at the service center for 4 days without resolution. The Apple Pencil is still under warranty, and since it is needed daily by a student for schoolwork, this issue is causing serious disruption. My service case number is 2509-656950. I am requesting that the faulty Apple Pencil be replaced immediately, as repair attempts have been unsuccessful and the delay is creating unnecessary hardship.
