Apple iPhone X Overheating and Face ID Failure

In 2019, I purchased a brand-new Apple iPhone X 64GB, and I loved using it. However, in the past 1-2 months, I've been facing serious issues with the 'Face ID' feature. Despite successful facial recognition with the front camera, the phone fails to unlock, overheats excessively during regular usage, and displays the message 'Wait for the device to cool down.' Concerned about these problems, I sought help from the Turkcell Platinum service team, who directed me to an authorized service center. The authorized personnel contacted me later, informing me that the device couldn't be repaired, and offered a replacement cost of a staggering ₺29,704 TL (twenty-nine thousand seven hundred four Turkish lira). I was shocked and firmly declined such an exorbitant charge, choosing to have my device returned without any action.
