Apple iPhone Motherboard Problem
My iPhone is currently experiencing a major problem due to a mainboard failure. After doing some research, I discovered that many other iPhone users are having similar issues. What's troubling is that it's not due to user error, but Apple support has been unhelpful. In fact, they've demanded a hefty 29,000 Turkish Lira fee for a problem that isn't my fault. This situation is extremely aggravating, and I believe it is past time to take legal action. It is not fair to charge users exorbitant fees for issues that are not the result of our actions.
