After updating my iPhone X, the phone started freezing constantly. The issue seems to be related to the battery and screen replacements. What’s even more frustrating is that since my phone is out of warranty, there’s apparently nothing Apple can do to fix it. Even Apple hasn’t been able to resolve the issue, which is absurd for a device that costs over ₺100,000. If Apple can’t solve a problem on a phone this expensive, it makes me question the brand’s quality. Selling a product at a premium price but failing to provide a solution to such a serious problem is unacceptable. I’m asking Apple to step up and fix this issue or it really reflects poorly on their reputation.
