Apple AirPods Pro 3 ANC Breakdown

I purchased my Apple AirPods Pro 3rd generation headphones from Teknosa in December 2025. I used the product without any issues for about three months, after which the active noise cancellation (ANC) feature in one of the earbuds stopped working. Since around February 2026 I have been experiencing the same malfunction continuously. The product has been sent to KVK technical service multiple times under warranty. Each time the earbuds were replaced, but the same ANC problem reappeared after a while. During all of these previous service processes, the product was always handled within the scope of the warranty and no user fault was mentioned. In my most recent submission, however, this time the product was excluded from warranty on the grounds of two very small scratches on the earbud, which are barely noticeable even to the naked eye, and I was asked to pay 6,000 TL as an out-of-warranty fee as of 18.09.2026. I absolutely do not accept that a recurring ANC malfunction, which has been repeatedly processed under warranty before, is now being attributed to user error just because of minor scratches and that a fee is being demanded. I always use the product carefully in the same way, and since the same problem has recurred many times, I believe this is a defect caused by production or hardware rather than by the user. When I contacted Apple support, I was also informed that the product is now out of warranty. As a customer who has experienced the same fault several times, I have both lost time and been victimized in this process. I request that my earphones be evaluated under warranty again, without citing user error based on small scratches, in line with the way previous repairs were handled, and that they be replaced with a sealed, fault-free new product. I also request that the 6,000 TL fee demand be cancelled and that my grievance be remedied.
