Apple AirPods Pro Unjust Charges for Ongoing Sound Issues
I had to send my AirPods Pro in for warranty service once after purchasing them, and they were replaced. Now I'm having sound problems with my headphones once more. The most annoying part is that, despite the fact that my warranty hasn't expired, they're claiming it's out of warranty and demanding payment for repairs. I've been trying to contact KVK service, but it seems impossible to reach anyone. Could you please help me with this? After all, these products come with a 2-year warranty, and charging for repairs while the warranty is still in effect is unjust. It's a frustrating situation, and I'm eager to get it resolved without incurring additional charges. The warranty should be honored, and I should not be required to pay for something that is clearly covered by the warranty. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
