AirPods Pro 2nd Gen Has Crackling Noise – Denied Service Without Receipt
I brought my 2nd generation AirPods Pro to the service center due to a persistent crackling issue. Unfortunately, since I purchased the product from abroad (Iraq), I couldn’t find the receipt. As a result, the service center declined to provide any assistance, stating that without the invoice, they cannot service the product—whether paid or under warranty. I am now stuck with an unusable product, which is incredibly frustrating. I believe Apple should offer a solution for this, as it’s unreasonable for a product to become unserviceable simply because the receipt is misplaced. I’m requesting help to get my AirPods repaired or replaced.
