iPhone 17 Pro Max Refund Has Not Reached My Credit Card
I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max through the Apple Store using order number w1677226409. I placed the order on October 31 and later initiated the return process. However, I have experienced serious problems with the refund process. Although my return request was approved approximately three months later, the transaction was subsequently withdrawn and the process was never completed.
I was repeatedly told that my return had been approved and that the refund would be credited to my credit card account within one week. However, I have still not received any refund. Throughout the process, I was given contradictory information. On one hand, I was told that the refund would be processed, while on the other hand, no actual action was taken and the issue remained unresolved.
A total of $2,439 has still not been refunded to me. When I contacted my bank, I was explicitly told that Apple had not initiated any refund transaction and that there was no such refund request visible in their system. Apple customer service, meanwhile, says that the issue is not on their end and has not provided a clear solution. At this point, it is unclear where my money is, and I have been seriously disadvantaged by this situation.
I request that my order and refund process be urgently investigated in detail, that the $2,439 owed to me be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible, and that I be provided with clear, accurate, and consistent information about the status of my refund.
