Apple Charged My Credit Card for a Canceled iPhone 18 Pro Order
I purchased an iPhone 18 Pro from the Apple Store online for a one-time payment of $2,805. I canceled the order through the Apple Store on September 12, 2026. My order number is w1637419433, and although the order page clearly shows that the order was canceled, more than 11 days have passed and the refund has still not been credited to my account. Since my credit card statement closing date has already passed, the charge was included on my statement, causing me significant financial inconvenience.
Whenever I contact Apple Support, I specifically request the cancellation reference number, but it has not been provided to me. Instead, I keep receiving responses such as “please wait 2 business days” or “please wait 3 business days.” Despite contacting customer service at least three or four times, I have received the same responses each time, with no concrete solution and no progress on my case.
I request that the $2,805 payment for this canceled order be refunded to my card without further delay and that the cancellation reference number be clearly provided to me. I also request that Apple investigate the reason for this delay and provide me with information regarding the inconvenience I have experienced as a result.
