I am writing to formally request a refund for the screen mirroring app I purchased from the Apple Store. Unfortunately, the app does not function properly. The video and audio are consistently out of sync, and the screen often freezes, making the app unusable. As there was no free trial version available, I had no way to test the app before purchase. I reached out multiple times to both the app developers and Apple Support, but the issue remains unresolved. I am disappointed that such a product was allowed on the App Store without proper quality assurance. I respectfully urge Apple to take responsibility for allowing this faulty app to be sold and to process a refund for my purchase. Additionally, I believe Apple should reconsider listing this application until it meets basic performance standards.
