I purchased my Apple Watch SE from a Vodafone store, and within 1 to 2 months, I noticed deformations on the back of the watch. I have never exposed it to water and even take it off when washing my hands. I took it to Marmara Park Troya, and they told me that Apple does not offer any support for physical deformations and simply sent me back, saying I should continue using it like that. I kept using it because I paid a lot for it, but the appearance has become increasingly bothersome. When I contacted Apple Support, their response was, "We can only assist with software issues." So neither Troy nor Apple Support takes responsibility for their product. If I had bought a cheap ₺2000 to ₺3000 watch, I wouldn’t have cared about these deformations, but this situation is beyond frustrating.
