My Anker Liberty 4 Charging Case Cracked and Bulged, and I Suspect a Battery Issue

The Anker Soundcore Liberty 4 earbuds I ordered through Hepsiburada on January 4, 2026, reached me on January 5, 2026. On June 25, 2026, I noticed a crack on the bottom of the charging case, along with a bulge in the same spot. Since I suspect this issue is battery-related, which concerns me, I'm expecting a prompt response from Anker and am requesting a replacement.
