I Face Poor Noise Cancellation on My Soundcore Space One After Just 3 Days of Use

I purchased the Soundcore Space One headphones from Vatan Bilgisayar just three days ago, and I'm already extremely disappointed. I wanted to give the product a fair chance and tested its active noise cancellation (ANC) feature over the past 72 hours, but the results have been unacceptable. Regardless of which mode I use—normal, transparency, or ANC—the sound level remains virtually the same. The noise cancellation barely blocks out any sound, not even basic background noise in a quiet setting, let alone a loud environment.

For a product that is marketed with premium noise-canceling capabilities and sold at a premium price, this is a major letdown. I feel like I did not get what I paid for. I’ve come across several other users online who reported experiencing the same issue, which leads me to believe this might be a common flaw with the Space One model.

I’m reaching out publicly because I want a solution:

Is this a known defect with certain units?

Is there a firmware update or adjustment that can actually improve the ANC performance?

If not, I’d like a return or exchange because the product is clearly not functioning as promised.

Soundcore, I need this issue addressed immediately. I expected a much higher standard of performance from your brand. Please do what's right for your customers.
