On November 8, 2025, I purchased Anker Soundcore Liberty 5 earbuds from the MediaMarkt store at Bursa Kent Meydanı Mall. Since I started using the product, during every use, the earbuds become extremely hot after about 30 minutes to one hour, and both earbuds reach a temperature that feels like they are burning my ears. This situation has become both uncomfortable and concerning from a health standpoint.
Because I experience the same issue every time I wear the earbuds and the level of overheating is so severe, I can no longer use the product safely. I have not yet contacted MediaMarkt or Anker technical service, and I am requesting that this issue be reviewed and resolved based on this complaint.
Due to this overheating problem, I am requesting that my Anker Soundcore Liberty 5 earbuds be replaced with the Anker Soundcore Liberty 4 NC model, if possible. I kindly ask that the necessary inspections be carried out and that I be contacted as soon as possible.
