I Faced the Same Noise Cancellation Issue on 3 Anker Soundcore Liberty 4 NC Units

I purchased the Anker Soundcore Liberty 4 NC from MediaMarkt. The product turned out to be faulty, and after a long waiting period, my exchange request was approved, and a replacement unit was sent. Unfortunately, the new unit was also defective. This time, I requested a refund, which was processed. Assuming the issue might have been related to MediaMarkt’s stock, I decided to buy the same model from Vatan Bilgisayar instead. Shockingly, this third device came with the exact same issue. In all three cases, the problem was identical: while using noise cancellation mode, the sound suddenly distorts and the volume changes by itself without any user interaction. I have now sent a detailed email to customer support explaining that I no longer want to go through endless service and waiting periods again and again. I’m currently waiting for their response. I sincerely hope a proper and final solution is provided this time.
