Anadolu Sigorta Denies Coverage for Medical Treatment

On May 31, 2024, I visited Malatya Gözde Hospital due to abdominal pain and used my private supplementary health insurance through Anadolu Sigorta for the treatment of my illness. However, the assessment conducted by your insurance company resulted in denial. Despite no prior records or tests for my illness, my hospital admission was rejected based solely on their own judgment. I followed all necessary procedures during my examination and provided the hospital with all the required documents promptly. However, this denial, made without any justification, clearly deprives me of my rights and denies me access to the healthcare service to which I am legally entitled. Therefore, I demand that your insurance company provide me with the legal basis and reasoning behind the decision it rejected. Otherwise, please be aware that I will pursue legal action to protect my rights. I urge for the prompt resolution of this issue and the necessary steps to protect my rights. I request to be informed in writing as soon as possible. I expect my complaint to be taken into consideration and for a fair solution to be reached.
