I was charged by Amore but features didn’t unlock, what’s the best fix for this app billing issue?

If you were charged for Amore but the paid features didn't unlock, first restart the app and make sure it's updated.

Then, check your purchase history in Google Play or the App Store to make sure the charge went through. Sometimes the app just hasn't logged it yet.

Next, get in touch with Amore's support and send them your receipt or order ID and a picture showing that Premium or credits didn't activate.

Some users have said that benefits go missing after they pay and support doesn't respond.

If this doesn't fix things, you could file a report against Xolvie to get people talking about it and get it fixed.
