Requesting Refund for Unusable Amore Premium Membership Feature
Today I paid $12 to purchase a Premium membership on a platform, but I haven't been able to use the voice and video calling feature, which is supposed to be included in the Premium features. Even though I paid, I can't start either a voice or video call through the system. I also couldn't find any live support, call center, or email channel within the app or site to get help, so I haven't been able to report the issue to anyone. I've been left at a disadvantage both because I can't use what I paid for and because I can't get any support. Because of this issue, I'm requesting a refund of the $12 Premium membership fee I paid.
