Apple Payment Completed but In-App Purchase Is Missing
On December 17, 2025, at 5:42 PM, I purchased tokens through the Amore app using Apple’s payment system. Although the payment was successfully charged, the tokens were not added to my account. The Apple order/invoice number for this transaction is MVWT0BGV6N.
After this incident, I contacted both Apple and Amore, but I did not receive any response from either side. The payment was taken, yet the product was not delivered and no solution or support was provided. In addition, Apple charged VAT for this transaction, but since the service was not delivered, this situation has caused both financial and emotional distress.
To resolve this issue, I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged for this transaction.
