Amore App Charged Me $29 for Tokens I Never Purchased

I noticed that an unauthorized token purchase occurred on the Amore app. Even though I never gave any approval or made any purchase, a transaction of about $29 appears to have been made on 02/12/2026 at around 11:56 p.m. for the match chat feature. I believe money was deducted from my card/balance during this transaction without my knowledge or consent. I haven't contacted the company about this yet. I'm requesting that Amore thoroughly investigate this transaction and refund the approximately $29 that was charged without my knowledge. I'd also appreciate it if the necessary security checks could be carried out to prevent a similar unauthorized transaction from happening on my account again, and that I be kept informed.
