Amora App Charged Me After I Already Canceled My Membership
I want to share a payment issue I've had with the Amora Discover Your Soulmate app. Even though I had already canceled my membership in the app, $6 was charged to my account on February 28. Being charged again for a service I had already canceled seems like an unfair transaction. For this reason, I'm requesting a refund of the $6 charged on February 28, and I'm also requesting that my membership in the app be fully closed. I'd appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
