Amore Lover Charged During Free Trial, Refund Requested
Today, I signed up for what was clearly advertised as a free 3‑day trial with Amore Lover, and about 29 minutes after signing up, I was unexpectedly charged $19.90 and $2.94 from my bank account. I did not agree to start a paid subscription at this time and only intended to use the free trial. My account should be under the name Tessa N***, using either the email address tessa***[email protected] or tess***el1l***@gmail.com. I am located in the United States and the payment was taken from my USA debit card. I have tried to find a way to cancel any subscription through the website and the app, but I could not locate any clear option to manage or cancel the subscription, which has made the situation even more frustrating. I request an immediate full refund of the $19.90 and $2.94 that were charged to my card, and I ask that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my Amore Lover account be cancelled as soon as possible so that no further charges are taken.
