Unauthorized Amoreaffair Charge Needs a Refund

I noticed that an amount of 19.90 was taken from my Visa debit card yesterday by a company called Amoreaffair. I have never used this website before, I did not give them permission to charge my card, and I would definitely remember if I had signed up or entered my card details there. This transaction is completely unknown to me and I consider it unauthorized. My card is issued by Pathword Bank. When I contacted my bank, they told me to get hold of you regarding this issue. I am very uncomfortable that money was taken without my knowledge and I am worried about any possible future charges. I request a full refund of the 19.90 that was taken from my card and the immediate cancellation of any account or subscription that may have been opened in my name, as well as the blocking of any future payments from my card to Amoreaffair. I also ask you to delete any personal or card information that might have been associated with my details.
