Amore Attempted Unauthorized Charge After Subscription Cancellation

I am writing regarding an unauthorized withdrawal attempt of $44.99 from my account today by Amore. I had previously used your site and then unsubscribed, so I did not authorize any new payment or renewal, and I was surprised to see this charge appear as pending on my bank account linked to my Visa card ending in 3012, which is in USD. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that the transaction is still pending and advised me to reach out directly to the merchant to resolve the issue. Since I have already unsubscribed from your service and have not given any new consent for payments, I consider this attempted withdrawal unauthorized. I request that this $44.99 charge be fully refunded or cancelled before it is completed and that you provide written confirmation that my account is completely cancelled and that no further charges will be taken from my card under any circumstances. I kindly ask for a prompt response and resolution to this issue.
