I subscribed to the Amore app through the App Store by paying $30 with my credit card. From the very first day I started using the app, all of my chats were restricted, information exchange was blocked, and I became completely convinced that the female profiles in the app are not real.
All of my conversations with members were blocked, and I believe that the app does not have real users at all. Even though I sent messages to customer support, I did not receive any response. These problems occurred every time I logged in, and I believe the app was created solely as a system to make money.
For these reasons, I am requesting a refund of the amount I paid, a detailed explanation regarding this issue, and the complete closure of my account.
