Amore App Restarted My Canceled Subscription Without Permission

I just noticed that even though I had previously canceled my elite subscription on the Amore Dating app, my subscription was restarted without my knowledge or approval, and a charge of $69 was applied to my bill. Even though I had ended the subscription myself, being charged again without any notification or consent is not acceptable. I'm requesting that the $69 charge resulting from this renewal — which I never wanted or approved — be canceled from my bill and refunded to me. I'm also requesting that my subscription be fully terminated and that the necessary checks be put in place to prevent this kind of unauthorized renewal from happening again.
