I ordered a bunch of those Hat-A-Mal hats for a kid's party, the fun animal ones. Cardinal bird, moose, lion, chicken, the whole gang, most of them looked great, just like the pictures on your website.yet one of the hats was totally different than what I saw online! That's a problem because now one kid is gonna feel left out at the party, which is the whole opposite of what I wanted with these cool hats. Sad to get something that's not what you expect, especially when the pictures online are what made me buy them in the first place. Maybe you guys could check your system to make sure the hats match the pictures before you send them out? Would be awesome if you could send a replacement hat ASAP, the right one this time, so the party can be a blast for all the little ones.
