fell for the amazing pictures on the Luvme Hair website on April 10th and ordered a wig. it looked incredible online - full, bouncy, and like seriously good quality, it arrived and tried it on, well can’t tell what I saw in the mirror, nothing like the Picture…the color was different, the style was off, and it just seemed like a cheap imitation. the wig in the photo looked amazing, but the one I got was flat, limp, and felt like it cost like five bucks. They advertise something so amazing and then send out this sad excuse for a wig? I feel misleaded. ideally, I'd like a full refund, but maybe could even exchange this thing for a wig that actually looks like the one they advertised. And for the future, maybe they should just show real pictures of their wigs so nobody else gets fooled like me!
