I order a bunch that say "one size fits all", needed them for a school event, for students, except, they totally don't fit the bigger kids. Slightly overweighed ones couldn’t feel comfortable in them, rang the customer service, super nice people, and they say I can totally return them under warranty, they were in good condition, send them back right away, tracking info and everything says they arrived at your place over a week ago. Here's the thing though, no refund yet, which must be the easiest part, the money was supposed to go towards other school stuff, so the delay is a bit of a pain. Plus, nobody's really giving me any updates. It would be amazing if you guys could let me know what's going on with the refund and get it back to me ASAP!
