Unauthorized Charges on Amazon Prime Account

I recently came across something concerning on my Amazon Prime account. Unbeknownst to me, on April 17, 2024, four charges were made at different times throughout the day, amounting to a total of ₺340.50. I am extremely worried about this, as I did not give permission for any of these transactions.

I promptly contacted Amazon customer service and have included the receipts for their reference. I kindly request a thorough investigation into these unauthorized charges and a prompt refund of the full amount. This matter requires immediate attention and resolution.
