On July 21, 2025, two unauthorized transactions were made on my credit card through your website (amazon.co.uk) without my knowledge or consent. I immediately reported the issue to my bank, and they advised me to also contact Amazon directly.
The two unauthorized charges were:
₺4,294.20 on 21.07.2025 at 02:42 (Turkey time)
₺9,042.24 on 21.07.2025 at 03:10 (Turkey time)
The last four digits of the affected credit card are 3623.
I attempted to reach your customer support via the chat system, and I was told that I would receive a response within 24–36 hours. However, I have not received any follow-up. Since then, I’ve been unable to access the chat system due to persistent technical errors. The “Call Me” option also doesn’t work in Turkey, as your system doesn’t accept Turkish phone numbers.
At this point, I have no idea how else to contact you. I urgently request that you investigate and cancel these two unauthorized transactions and refund the full amounts to my credit card immediately. Please confirm receipt of this message and advise me on the next steps.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will report it to UK-based consumer protection platforms.
