I Was Charged ₺13,336 on Amazon.co.uk Without Consent and Can’t Reach Customer Support


On January 1, 2025, $6,187 was illegally and without my consent withdrawn from the limit of my credit card. I did not make such a transaction. This amount was charged by Amazon US under the name AMZNCOM/BILLWAUS in five separate transactions, resulting in a total loss of $6,187, leaving me severely distressed. Despite never sharing my card information with anyone, I suspect my account or card details may have been compromised. I have canceled my cards and reported the issue to my bank, which advised me to wait 120 days. However, this waiting period is causing significant financial and emotional stress. I do not have the funds to pay this credit debt. I demand that Amazon and Yapı Kredi immediately refund these transactions and take urgent action to prevent similar incidents in the future.
